As a Senior Educator, you’ll work within a small team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN’s high-quality, inclusive programs while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families — supported by the wider SDN village.
About the team
SDN Bluebell is a modern, purpose-built early childhood education and care centre, conveniently located for families and educators.
We cater for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, offering a nurturing and welcoming environment that promotes wellbeing, learning, and development for over 62 children.
About the role
In this role, you will:

Collaborate with children to follow their interests and create engaging learning environments
Support children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs
Observe, document, and evaluate children’s learning and development
Create environments that promote trust, security, flexible routines, and smooth transitions
Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team culture

About You
You will bring:

Experience in a similar early childhood education role
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
Working knowledge of the National Quality Standards
A genuine interest in diversity, inclusion, and inclusive practice
A valid Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid
Sound understanding of children’s development, health, hygiene, and nutritional needs
