Are you a premium or luxury brand shopper or fan? If the answer is yes, then we are looking for you!
We are looking for Customer Experience Evaluators (CXEs) based in Canberra, Australia who are keen on sharing their opinion about their experience in a luxury store. As a CXE, you will conduct discreet evaluations of your favourite luxury brands in markets such as beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches or automobiles and give us your feedback.

Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Observant and passionate about customer experience.
- No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
